Our CANCELLATION POLICY

We believe in, "Atithi Devo Bhava" (Guests are God) and hence give the best possible service to our guests. We welcome you to Shri Bikaner House, a hotel defined by the bespoke beauty, serenity, and spirituality. In the event of cancellation of tour / travel services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reason/s we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:

  • If you cancel your booking before 10 days of arrival date, then there will be 50% refund of your total amount.
  • If the booking is canceled in less than 10 days of your arrival date, then there will be no refund.
  • If you will not arrive at the hotel on the given date, then, in that case, there will be no refund of money paid by you under any circumstances.

Booking: It should be noted that we confirmed your booking only after receiving 50% advance of the total amount.*
